ABOUT GILLIAN
Gillian Parke is an experienced HR Leader with over 20 years’ experience in HR in unionised and non-unionised industries including security, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, service and call centres.
She has also held roles in Business Development, Internal Communications and Operations in the organisations she has worked in the past. Previous roles have seen her take the lead in projects focused on Recruitment, Talent Management, Leadership Development & Employee Engagement. Her varied experience has enabled her to handle complex relationships with multiple stakeholders to enable smooth operations of the business.
